If this is loose powder, would adding some alcohol to it make it pressed powder?

Alcohol is not a binding agent so it would not help press the powder. You would need an oil based product that will still allow the powder to glide easily on the skin. Additionally, you would have to be very careful of how much you use because it is easy to make it too much like paste.

Which shades are matte?

Not matte, it's shiny and feels pearl power, not recommended. I dont use it at all..

It does flake off a bit when you apply it, but that "dust" is easily removed. The pressed powder is really neat! It is somewhere between a cream and a powder. What a delight! If you've been on the quest for an awesome shade of purple, I totally recommend this!

I love purple eye makeup, and this is possibly the best shade I've found!! It's plum and it highlights green eyes without being an "in your face" purple. I wear this as eyeshadow (with black eyeliner) for a night time look, and for daytime I swipe this on as eyeliner over a neutral shadow. Overall the product is good the only thing I didn't like, Is that it said If I ordered before the time they gave me ,,,it was going to arrive here the next day but it was actually a day late, Amazon said it was going to return my shipping charge but up to now haven't seen it returned...
