Happily Ever After [DVD]

Good movie, been looking for it for a while. Love it

I've ordered this from seller Sparky Media 2023 on 1-8-25 and was surprised it came so quick, 1-10-25! I used to own the VHS of this movie and watched it so many times. It had been years since I had seen it until one day I was in the mood to watch it randomly and found it on YouTube and fell in love with it again so many years later as an adult. I didn't know that this DVD was so hard to find since it's been out of print for years. I've checked eBay and there were used copies of the DVD and VHS and there were also some new copies of the VHS and DVD too but some were fake DVD copies and the ones that were real were being sold for way too much. I figured Amazon wouldn't have this movie since it has been out of print for years but checked anyway and was surprised that it was being sold from one of their marketplace sellers for a reasonable price! At first I hesitated as I read some of the reviews on how some people were getting sold fake copies or copies that glitched or froze or didn't even bother working at all. Still, there were more good reviews than bad reviews and thought, "what the hell!" and decided to take a chance and brought my own copy. When it came, I inspected it closer. It was a brand new copy just like I wanted as the plastic wrapping and the security stickers were still on it. When I opened it and checked the disc, it was a legit disc thankfully! The last test was to watch the movie. Now, I know that this movie had been slightly edited by 20th Century Fox which at first I was a bit disappointed as I like buying media that hasn't been really edited unless I have no choice as I DO own some movies and TV series that have been slightly altered from their original versions but nothing too huge! I found out way before what had been slightly edited and barely even noticed the minor edits since it was done flawlessly. It didn't take away from my enjoyment. The audio was fine as was the picture quality. No, it hasn't been remastered in any way. It looked as as it did when I was a kid when I owned the VHS which I didn't mind since it enhanced my nostalgia even more though I know not ALL would feel like this especially ones who like to see everything in a clear, crisp HD picture. There are really no special features on this DVD other than 3 trailers for OLD movies obviously if you're a fan of old trailers like I am since they were trailers from movies from my childhood. The DVD also has working subtitles in English and Spanish. So that's my review on this DVD! I was happy I got a legit, working copy from a great seller! Thanks Sparky Media 2023!

I remember watching this on repeat on VHS (ok yeah I’m old….lol mid 30s) but I watch the heck out of that tape when I was a kid. Then it wore out and my parents never replaced it. Now I’m grown and bought it for myself and it’s just as great as I remember.

Skips all the way through the whole movie. Like skips so bad its stops and glitches every couple of seconds. We have put it in several different dvd players and it still skips every couple of seconds the whole movie. Very disappointed!

I brought this product a few weeks ago for just over £28 & I tried to watch it on my Multi region dvd player, it comes up with the main menu, But it WOULDN'T play the actual movie. Really angry as so looking forward to watching it for the 1st time since I was a kid, But DOESN'T play. So Save your money as it DOESN'T work.

So happy to have finally found this classic movie for my collection. I loved this movie as a kid on vhs and am thoroughly enjoying sharing it with my children now on the dvd. Never thought I'd find it again! 💜 The dvd came in excellent condition and works great.

I grew up watching this movie and still cherish it. Although this film was made by a small company, it was wonderful. It's a colourful, lively and enjoyable adventure that both children and grown-ups can appreciate. Happily Ever After features extremely lovable characters, crazily catchy songs and one nasty villain whose wrath is both intimidating and entertaining. With a very clever plot that is surprisingly intense for a cartoon, this movie adds a creative chapter in the classic tale of Snow White that the whole family will love.
