This was prescribed by my naturopath for allergies in dry weather but I used it also for headaches it’s amazing how it works, pretty fast! Be prepared for a sting on your nose right after using, makes my eyes teary because of the capsicum but it works wonders on my headaches. Love it!

My husband suffers from cluster headaches and uses this any time he feels an attack coming on. While it might not totally alleviate the headache it can sometimes stop or delay the onset and it works very well if used quickly enough!

This product was mentioned by an ENT I went to see because of an unrelenting sinus headache. Amazing. Works within a few minutes. I now use this instead of the OTC pain relievers. Even kept a migraine from getting worse, and this is the first thing I have found that would do that. Have recommended it to several people and hope this review will help other who suffer with headaches. Definitely burns but well worth the few seconds of burning.

Folks, your product does not work as advertised and I would appreciate a full refund. I deliberately waited until I had the opportunity to use it as well as my girlfriend before writing a product review. Last week my girlfriend, who experiences occasional migraines, had to use the Sinol spray to relieve her headache. She sprayed, as per directions, and the headache pain seemed to lessen but within minutes it returned and the pain was worse than before spraying the Sinol. Today I was awakened by a sinus headache which I rarely get though we’re in the midst of hyper allergy season here in south Texas. I opened my Sinol package and used it and I sprayed twice hoping it’d relieve my harsh headache. I experienced the very same reaction that my girlfriend did –the Sinol seemed to diminish the pain momentarily and then it increased with intensity and I experienced no relief ‘til I took a Benadryl. I don’t like to use Benadryl even though I only ingest half of a pill ‘cause it makes me drowsy and I have no recourse but to lie down and nap; however, the Benadryl relieves the pain whereas your product, Sinol, does not. Thank you.

Omg the burn!! I have headaches and have tried everything. When your in pain you'll do anything to get rid of it even spray cayenne pepper up your nose. It works though!!

This is the best OTC inhaler for severe daily headaches I have found so far. Pleasant odor and easy to use. I always keep one with me because I have daily severe headaches and chronic migraines as well. It will hold back my migraine for about 20-30 minutes. It is just enough time for me to drop everything and get home. I never drive more than 15 miles from my home. It is such a relief to be able to get out of the house. Thanks to Sinol aiding me to become more functional in my 14 years of disability, trapped in my home.

Pretty painful to start, then the burn wears off after about 30 seconds. Definitely clears our your nostrils, but only seems to last about an hour or so. Pro: Completely natural. Con: Burns (not literally) the inside of your nose on contact.
