Don’t hesitate buy it!
It’s so hard to find a shampoo for curls and for scalp and this is great for both! I’m sensitive to ingredients in many shampoos but this one was a game changer for me and I love it.

I do not write reviews but shampoo and the scalp lotion has been the only thing that has gotten rid of these horrendous flakes! I have been suffering for the past 2-3 years with a flaking scalp issue and everything else just works for a few days which is nothing. I haven’t seen flakes or dryness in over a week. Do you know how disappointing it is to get braids or a style and have to wash your scalp by day 3??? No more suffering! The first wash day followed by the scalp lotion, my scalp was invigorating to say the least. Not going to lie, my scalp was on fire lol but i believe it was already inflamed from the dryness, itchiness, and having to vigorously scrub all the flakes. After that, it was great. I have normal wash days, no more inflammation. Well worth the money. I also threw in some As I Am As Am Dry and Itchy Scalp Care Oil Treatment with Salicylic Acid, Olive Oil, and Tea Tree Oil as a daily supplemental treatment and bought a water filter for my shower which i feel has been helpful but cannot do the job alone. The Mizani shampoo and lotion are golden. My scalp is healthy and can officially breathe!

Works well and lathers up great
My hairstylist told me that I had flaky scalp. I had noticed that my scalp was itchier than normal, but I didn’t realize I had flakes until she told me. She was going to sell me this from her salon, but they were out and so I bought it from Amazon and I like it. It has a nice thick lather. I feel this bottle will last me a long time. I do feel like I need to use a little conditioner after using this shampoo or else my hair will be hard to comb through. Smells nice too, not medicinal.
