Wow I was so hesitant to but this because of the others reviews. But my package arrived perfect and the vitamins were not deformed or melted looking. I think my quality of sleep has improved and my skin is looking so glowy. I normally take my vitamins with my protein shake so it’s easy to swallow

It’s too soon to tell because I have not had my CBC yet. But I’m almost done with my first bottle and going to order another one. This seems to be a good brand and I’m sticking with it.
