I am very very picky about my coffee. I focus on flavor and the health benefits. This coffee is by far the best I have ever had in my life! I am 54 years old and been drinking coffee since I was 16 and have tried ALL kinds of coffee. This coffee is not bitter but I truly believe it depends on how you brew it and the water you use. I use an old restaurant coffee machine that has the water heated at all time and i use filtered reverse osmosis water machine. My boys use a pour over method and it really brings out the flavor more than my method. The other big selling point for me is the the fact that Kion Coffee was found to be 58% higher in antioxidants than all of the other organic coffee brands. Kion has the absolute highest in antioxidant levels out of all the coffees tested, and super important is free of mold and mycotoxins. when drinking other coffee sometimes i do not feel well afterwards and I am convinced that Kion is healthy for me. I take a pot of coffee to work with me every day!! This is the one and only coffee to drink!!!!

This coffee is extremely delicious. A high quality product. I'm hooked on it.

I love this coffee so much which is why I gave it 5 stars and I’m not going to stop buying it but what the heck is this hole?! There were coffee grounds all in the Amazon bag- such a waste. Still love it though. Can’t drink any other coffee without getting jitters and feeling crappy.

I love the coffee! Feels good knowing it has been tested for mold and other contamination. I would note that my package did not arrive vacuum sealed - not sure if they usually are - but I would think they should be. Not sure if I will buy it again because it is very pricey. Maybe once every other month or so.

This clean coffee is fairly good. I found a couple others I prefer. But it's good enough to buy again.

I really liked this coffee. I bought it after seeing a video of a holistic influencer making her morning coffee and wanted to give it a try. I didn’t notice a difference in my jitters but the taste was pretty good. I Moved mine from the bag to a jar so it stayed pretty fresh. I also used the coffee grinds as a scrub when I showered. Definitely will purchase again

I should disclaim that I have a severe mold allergy issue. After inadvertently living in a house with mold, I have developed a variety of related health issues, including MCAS, mold allergies, and a long list of ailments that I'm slowly recovering from. Long story short, I bought this for my husband (whose mold issues are not as severe as mine and therefore he can still drink coffee). I selected this specific coffee though because it is supposed to be mold-tested so I thought I wouldn't react to it. As we were in the kitchen he opened the bag and I started reacting to it immediately (skin prickling and symptoms that mold people would understand). We put it outside and ran our IQAir Healthpro air purifier for several hours. I'm sure the taste is wonderful but mold safety was the reason I bought and it did not meet expectations.
