Best in the league, rather than water money on Chinese alarms that hardly last few months it would be wise to spend on these. Thes Have two modes chime and alarm, chime is useful to alert when you are in the home and want to know If someone opens a door, alarm is quite loud. A remote would have been wonderful

Good product
Purchased to alert me to when a relative who has dementia is going outside. Easy to install. The alarm is LOUD and easily heard throughout our house. UPDATE: Still works well. However, while the sensor on the wooden surround around the front door is secure, the magnet unit fixed to the door (which is metal and faces north) is, since the weather turned much colder, continually falling off. A second unit on the back door (also metal, but faces south), isn't a issue. Something to bear in mind if where you live experiences below freezing temperatures.

Peace of Mind
Alarm arrived on time and is exactly as described. Batteries are included but keep the instructions as how to change them when required. The package comes with 3M strips to adhere alarm to door and to door frame. The magnet arrows must align with the alarm in order for it to work. It has 3 settings - OFF/ALARM/CHIRP. It gives me peace of mind at night to alert me should anyone try to break in. The package comes with 2 alarms. I placed one on my front door and the other on my patio doors. Highly recommend!
