Great flavor - not strong. Good to put these in my mouth after eating. Xylitol is a natural sugar alcohol that significantly improves oral health by reducing cavity-causing bacteria, reversing enamel damage, and maintaining a neutral mouth pH.

I was looking for a mint that had some flavor. This doesn't have any kind of berry flavor At All. Nothing minty about it either. Straight up just xylitol.
