Not a long term fix .
Installed worked great for two weekends in a row . Put boat up in storage and went to go get boat out for a trip and it does not work now I ordered on March 6th I am writing this review July 20th just a heads up spend a little more on this part .

Great product and price!
My 2017 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke day for a couple seasons and wouldn't stay running. This fixed it and it runs perfect. It's a great product at a great price. I would highly recommend it!

Motor now running great
Big price range on this item....chose lower end....item looked exactly like old one... and fit perfect. This save me about $1,200 by doing the job myself. From what I learned, low pressure pumps usually not a problem. And problem usually is in the VST, which consists of high pressure pump and regulator. For a few extra bucks you might as well replace the regulator too just to be sure this is area is the problem. Motor running great....thanks to these parts and u Tube on how to repair a VST.....BUT, gaskets I ordered were too small, so be careful when you take the VST apart and save the gasket.

throws error codes, not usable.
Dropped in as expected, but started quickly giving error codes refering high amperage draw. Not usable.

Got my 60hp Mercury Bigfoot running after sitting for a year
My 2006 saltwater 4 stroke 60 HP Mercury Bigfoot sat for a year with gas in it. This caused the pump to corrode and become clogged at the fuel pump filter, and the engine would only run for a short time, maybe 30 secs max. This was an exact replacement fuel pump, works great. Motor runs good now, cranks easy and idles smooth, revs smooth. Make sure and order some stainless steel wire ties as this does not come with the plastic tube wire tie the factory pump had holding the fill tube to the fuel pump motor inside the VST. Use stainless ties as its sure not to corrode from ethanol gas.

Good part.
Replaced in our boat motor. Exactly like original part. Went right in and works good. Engine fired right up.
