The SBP12 is a 12 inch height adjustable, wall-mounted speed bag platform. The frame is powder coated for scratch resistance and durability and is designed to mount on 16 inch on-center stud walls. The 24 inch diameter drum is perfect for all size speed bags. A professional speed bag swivel is included.Includes hardware for mounting to wood stud walls . Gym Quality! How "American-made" should be.
You get what you pay for. The only con to this product is the price. The brackets are made from heavy 1/4 inch angle iron. The welds are solid full-length beads. GYM QUALITY The swivel that it comes with is decent ( I've used faster swivels. It is quality though, doubt you'll break it) It comes with easy understandable instructions for installation. The drum is SOLID. ( it comes pre-drilled, all you have to do is drop In hardware and tighten nuts to bolts. The adjustable brackets use bronze bushings to make it slide. QUALITY)

Solid platform
This is a fantastic speed bag platform. Very solid, no movement. It can be installed alone, but better to have a helper. Height adjustment is workable, not simple. Not sure I’d want to do it frequently. Still, working with this extra solid speed bag platform is a total pleasure.
