ZQuiet Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Single Pack, Size 2, Blue

This product is not soft but rather stiff and uncomfortable. It is not a living hinge but rather forces your mouth open. The size 2 forces your jaw so far forward that it hurts and is not natural or effective. The lower part of the mouthpiece dug into my gums and hurt far too much to be able to get used to or to sleep. This cheap product is just that. Needed a fast product while I work on getting a dentist and doctor fitted product but just wasted time and money

I don’t generally write reviews, but after trying this product for several months, I felt it was appropriate to provide some feedback. When I first purchased it, I began using it in conjunction with some sleep and snoring tracking apps. Initially, it was difficult as I struggled to keep the mouthpiece in my mouth all night. It would generally leave my mouth dry, making it uncomfortable on my jaw and upper teeth. Even though my sleep and snoring apps showed that my snoring and apnea were improving during the hours I was wearing it, I stopped using it for a few weeks. Later, I decided to come back and try the mouthpiece again after my sleep scores worsened, and I decided to wear it all night, regardless. I was shocked at how well I could sleep after eventually getting used to it. I have been experiencing no sleep apnea, and my snoring is much quieter and occurs less often and for lower durations. I hope you find this device as helpful as I have.

The product is good and works for a while. I wish the product was designed for a little more support in the hinge area (thicker) in order to hold its shape longer. Currently, When the hinge portion starts to break down , the mouthpiece doesn’t hold in place while sleeping and therefore stops working like it was designed to work. It seems like within month you can already see and feel that it is breaking down.

Don't waste your money on this it's useless device first off know that it is non-returnable if you don't like it, you're out the $40 US. Second the device dug into the soft tissue of my lower jaw so i had to trim it but when I did, didn't want to stay in place. When I practiced using when awake it gave me a headache from jaw displacement and general jaw joint pain which lasted for hours. Don't waste your money on this device it causes more harm than good

I read all the ratings. For me, this is the single most positive influential product I have ever bought in my 54 years. Used the mouth piece the first night with the sound app. I used the mouthpiece until I woke up around 1:00. Took the mouthpiece out and reset the app. My snoring level with the mouthpiece in was a 4, without a 76. Next night, with and without the mouthpiece....scored a 6 and 78. The third night was the ultimate test. My wife slept in our bed. My snoring has been so bad, she has to sleep in our Guest room on work days. She woke up in the middle of the night because it was so quiet. She thought I had got up and slept of the sofa, my snoring was so low. The mouthpiece does feel strange in your mouth. And in the morning, there is some saliva built up in the trays. Not like slobber, but there some saliva in around your teeth in the morning. Given those two issues. For me, this mouthpiece has all but eliminated my snoring. Not sure if you will have the same experience but I am amazed how well it worked.

waste of 50 bucks, i got size 2 it does nothing my jaw stays the same, maybe the smaller on does something 🤷🏾 it also can just fall out your mouth

It’s simple, rubber mouthpiece. Manufactured firm. On first use you have to open your mouth fully when you actually put your head on the pillow to actually go to sleep. If you become aware you closed your mouth (normal) open it. Once you get used to it the issues seem to work themselves out as it’s probably a getting used to moment. When you take them out and they are more closed than open it’s time to replace. I get about a month. The blue I found more comfortable and last longer. I don’t have a big mouth or teeth and use #2. I have not made adjustments to any mouthpiece but you can clip but I recommend a Dremmel to round and smooth the edges.

The idea of this product is great. I suffer from sleep apnea and hate wearing a mask. I ordered this in the hopes of getting rid of my machine. Unfortunately it is so big in my mouth that it left welts on the inside of my lips (upper and lower) that have lasted, at this point, for over 20 hours and are quite painful, it also tore some of the skin on the top. There was nothing I saw to indicate how to choose your size and can only believe that the company doesn't know how to. Unfortunately I cannot return this. I am extremely disappointed in it on the whole. While it may be a great help to those with bigger mouths, it was only a painful hindrance to me.

歯医者で作成したマウスピースが壊れ、マウスピース無しで寝ていたところ、いびきがうるさく、睡眠が浅くなってしまいました。普段の2時間前に目が覚めてしまい、体調も悪化していました。中度の睡眠時無呼吸症候群です。 このマウスピースで、とても深く眠れるようになりました。いびきもなくなりました。ただ、若干使いづらいところもあります。 舌の先の方が痛くなることと、前歯が斜めの部分に圧力が掛かり痛くなることです。 メリットに比べて大したことは無いので星5です。付け続けて、前歯がアーチ状になると嬉しいのですが、これは10日ほどの使用では分かりません。

Got this one after using the Size 1. I am snoring less, but still have a high sleep score. I wonder if my body (mouth/bite) has adjusted. First couple weeks I had a low sleep score, but after a while the score started to increase. Takes a while to get used to, but I am fine with it after a few weeks.
