Good product. But high price. Since I tried to get this hook in local shops after ordering online. I got the hook at Rs 60 in hardware shop. Also the rope is very short. They should give a lengthy rope.

Works for me
This unit has a hook for anchoring in place, which works for me as I have a home gym in my garage. Many of you may want to order a set with the door hook that rests on top of a door, so you can sit while using.

Great easily adjusted long cord and secure hook attachment
Great product to use to exercise my shoulder stiff with Arthritis. Well constructed and has a nice long cord to easily alter to height best suited to your height and hook placement. Hook attachment is strong and perfect for over a door use. I was very happy with this product and it was well priced.

Good value and easy to use. Make sure you have consulted physio first.
Has certainly helped my frozen shoulder with exercises recommended by physiotherapist. If I hadn't had the exercises beforehand I would not have known what to do and might have caused myself more damage - hence the score of four rather than five.
