Some good content, but book needs more work.
The book was self-published using a publishing platform. If all the sentences made sense and were grammatically correct, that would be fine, but it was difficult to get past the awkward wording. My 8th grade son who is an avid reader agreed with me. It seemed like the author was trying to make the book sound "smart", but fell short. In addition to this, there was no documentation or reference to where any of the information came from.There was some good content, but due to the issues mentioned, it was difficult know what to trust.The overall writing style was casual, but thanking me three times for buying the book seemed excessive. It would have been better if she had thanked some people for proof-reading and editing the book because those steps did not appear to have been taken.I know now to be wary of purchasing any self-published books, or ones that are less than 50 pages. I did not "hate" the book and it has potential to be a good resource with more work, but as it is, I do not recommend it.

Needs a good proof reader...
More of a pamphlet than a book. The book itself is quite informative for someone new to Kombucha like myself. This book itself however is littered with spelling mistakes which raises a few concerns on who the hell is proof reading it!!! Personally I think you'd get more value for money in other books on the subject, not a lot of meat on the bone here.
