Good tool for a beginner
I bought this recorder for one reason only.....I couldn't cover the holes on my other recorders properly. I have been using this little recorder for a while now and it has really helped. it lets your fingers cover the holes correctly and I felt I was making more progress with my scales and simple tunes. I have started using my expensive mollenhauer recorder now and find I can cover the holes much better. The nuvo recorder sounds ok, nothing special, but for training your fingers and getting over the first stages of learning to play, it's ideal. Very cheap to buy and worth a try at the price.

Very useful for beginners. The rubber keys cover the holes fully allowing for better intonation
