Amazon Basics Treadmill Mat and Exercise Equipment Floor Protector

I use the Amazon Basics Treadmill Mat under my treadmill, and it’s been working great. It protects the floor, keeps the treadmill stable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. No slipping or bunching, and it feels durable enough for regular use. For the price, this is an excellent value. Simple, effective, and no complaints.

This mat is very good quality. Especially for the price. Dimensions are right for my exercise bike with a good thickness. Came rolled, laid out right away. No material smell.

This mat is thick just the right size to fit under my wife’s elliptical machine. My only preference would be that it be made of harder material. It’s very flexible and soft which results in a lot of unwanted rocking of the elliptical.

I was really surprised at the quality of this mat. I actually use it for yoga and floor exercises. It is slip resistant and the length and size is great. Wipes down easy for cleaning. Also a decent thickness. Overall a really nice workout mat.

Excelente esterilla! Después de 8 meses de uso diario para caminar sobre en mi cuarto y hacer ejercicios suaves muy a menudo, puedo afirmar lo buena que ha salido. Las esquinas siguen intactas, se mantiene en perfecto estado horizontal, fácil de limpiar y reduce los ruidos del suelo de madera en su totalidad. La volveré a comprar para sumarle a mi habitación más amortiguación a los espacios que quedan por cubrir.

Buscaba un artículo que me permitiera saltar a la cuerda y, esta, siendo una alfombra para HIIT, cumple con los requisitos: tamaño adecuado, apariencia y textura de alta duración. Antes, saltaba directamente sobre el piso (usando tenis) y me dolían las rodillas (poco pero dolían al otro día), pero tras usar la alfombra, ese dolor se ha ido; me ayuda con la amortiguación de los saltos. Después de un par de días de uso puedo decir que es mucho mejor saltar sobre esta alfombra que directamente sobre el suelo; lo que es bueno para evitar lesionar las articulaciones. No se mueve, se adhiere bien al piso de azulejo. Es posible enrollar & guardar fácilmente la alfombra. También he practicado HIIT sobre la alfombra y hasta ahora todo bien, solo que hay que tener cuidado con sudar demasiado sobre ella, ya que genera un leve sensación de resbalo en ejercicios en los que la alfombra tiene contacto directo con la piel (como plancha o push-ups); pero es un detalle mínimo. Si bien parece que es una alfombra resistente, no pondría mis mancuernas sobre ella, tampoco realizaría ejercicios de este tipo (uso de mancuernas) sobre la alfombra; no es que se vaya a romper sino que es para alagar su tiempo de vida. Como dije, solo la requiero para saltar la cuerda y realizar HIIT. Cabe mencionar que cada que pones peso sobre la alfombra, esta se hunde mínimamente (por ejemplo, si te pones de pie sobre ella...tu calzado se verá marcado en la alfombra), pero regresa rápidamente a su forma original (esto solo se nota si le pones demasiada atención); al principio creí que esto era un aspecto negativo, para tras usarla, me parece que esto sirve para proveer una mejor sensación de amortiguación durante los saltos. Por los $986.44 MXN que pagué (abril 2022), creo que vale mucho la pena. Ya veré como se desempeña durante los próximos meses, pero hasta ahora fue una buena compra.

La densité est excellente, il absorbe bien les vibrations et protège efficacement le sol, même pendant les séances intensives. Le matériau est antidérapant, ne s’enroule pas sur les bords, et reste facile à nettoyer après utilisation. Sa taille est suffisante pour la plupart des équipements, et il se range facilement en le roulant. Bonne épaisseur et stabilité Facile à entretenir Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Il y a une odeur de plastique neuf, mais cela ne dure qu'une journée (bien aérer). Pour les très grands équipements (tapis de course XXL), il peut manquer quelques centimètres. En résumé, un tapis simple, solide et efficace, parfait pour un usage régulier à la maison. Je recommande sans hésiter.
