Which form of rescue remedy works fastest for a panic attack?

I give my dog 2-3 droppers full for anxiety attacks in response to rain and Thunderstorms. Works great for him. I only give my little dog one little squirter to help keep her calm during those times he is upset.

What is the Difference between new version and original? Both are the same ingredients and both are 20 ml.
