Can the heat feature be turned off so you can get a cold soak if you need it?

The foot spa itself doesn't heat up the water, it just maintains the heat for about 20-30 minutes. If you want hot water you need to heat up water and then pour it in. So if you want cold water you could just fill it up with cold water instead of hot water.

Hi! Does anyone know if the pumice stones are removable or replaceable in the long run?

The pumice stone is removable from the stand so it can be held in your hand. However you can not remove the stone from the holding device. I went on the Conair replacement parts website. It does not appear that they offer a replacement because pumice stone search gave no results. Pumice stones do last a long time. I still have one that I purchased years ago. I hope my answer is helpful.

Its not very wide. The massaging rolls are not automatic you have to roll your feet on it to get massaged. There is not enough room to actually move your feet in there, i hit toe on the walls trying to do that. The is just enough room to keep the feet in and take it out.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it is somewhere between a 5 and 6. You really couldn't hold a telephone conversation while it is on. It isn't as loud as my dishwasher, but louder than I expected.
