After reading Lara Briden’s book, I bought this and started taking it as I have a lot of problems with headaches and more recently brain fog, cognitive slowness and killer migraines. This has helped a lot.

I started using Alpha GPC Capsules (30) as a supplement after hearing about it on YouTube on the Huberman Lab Podcast and I am impressed with the results. These capsules provide a 500mg of Alpha GPC Choline, which is an essential micronutrient that supports healthy brain function and cognitive performance much like Choline supplements. You have to take 2 capsules to get to the 1000mg dose but I only take 1 capsule 3 times a week. I take one capsule with water in the morning 3 times a week 20 minutes before I get to work. In terms of the actual effects I have definitely noticed an improvement in my mental clarity and focus since starting to take these capsules. I am able to concentrate better at work, and I feel like my memory recall has improved as well. I will say that it does have a stimulating effect on me like I drank an espresso so watch out for that! The capsules are vegan-friendly, which is always great to see! So far it's good but it's my first time trying them and I won't truly know how effective they are until I cycle off of them!

So far I have noticed a little benefit, a bit more focused and a little more switched on in the morning but I haven’t been consistent in taking one everyday so I might not have seen the full effects of it yet.

Well. I love this product and I will continue to buy it, but it’s half the size and more expensive per capsule.

When considering purchasing these I was highly sceptical of some of the reviews.... Increase your brain power.. Etc, does not sound convincing! I suffer from severe chronic fatigue so my brain can seriously struggles when fighting with wanting to sleep. While these does not make the fatigue any better or worse, it does seem that my brain has a but more 'power' than usual, which is a huge pro. I will update my review as tome goes by.

Alpha GPC is one of my favourite supplements for both work and training, however this stuff is weak. I have bought Alpha GPC from a couple brands (the strongest being German Pharma) and this stuff doesn’t feel as potent. I suspect the purity is not as high as they claim or the dose is not correct. I feel good on it but with the high quality stuff I feel so locked in and my brain runs faster than I can talk a lot of the time. It’s not bad, just not the best. German Pharmas is more potent

The capsules are produced very well and the effects are immediately noticeable.

Clears the fog! Sustaining clarity and focus. Add a little kick for energy! It’s on my subscribe and save list!
