I bought it last week. I choose any color and the light it comes back on its own to pink when I took my finger off the touch panel. What is wrong?

If you turn it off at the bottom it resets.

Got this lamp last month for my daughter to have on at night but she’s finding that it’s changing colour on it own during the night

As mentioned elsewhere, turning the switch off at the bottom of the device should reset it. It worked for me.

Hi, please can the seller provide a contact email address. Our light arrived on Thursday and has only worked for 1 day as now only lights up blue!

Did you try to adjust the colour wheel?

We have had this just over a week and has stopped working, i have used the charger over night and still doesn't work ?

Contact the seller. Ours stopped changing colours after two days.
