Can this product be used on windows? If so, does it wash off fairly easy?

Yes.... It dries hard, but should wash off easy if wet

so can you flock trees or not? the description here is misleading if not, but the can says "not for flocking"

I did a light flocking on my tree and it looked beautiful. If you wish to use Prextex Spray for flocking, spray your tree in light and even coats allow to FULLY DRY in between coats, then reapply in areas you want to add more flock to, again allow spray to Fully Dry in between each layer of spray. Please note it is best to use spray in a well ventilated area and or wear a mask as the spray is a bit misty/ dusty and can irritate eyes , nose and throat if inhaled. Happy Flocking and I hope your tree turn out as beautiful as mine did. Also the flocking dissipates over time and is NOT permanent.

Can you use on ceramic?

I have used this product for years and never once had a problem. Ceramic should not be a problem either. It is a very good Snow Spray.

Does it still well on fake trees? Or will it shake off easily?

I have been using this product for a couple years and it does not shake off easily. Some parts will fade but it has worked wel for me.
