Is this the cookie without the creme? yum!

Yes! It’s just the size cookie that is used for Oreo ice cream sandwiches. It’s heavenly.

When you open the box are all the cookies exposed to air, or are their smaller columns of wrapped bundles? transfer to ziplock bags to preserve?

When you open the box, there are several rows separate by white spacers. All of the rows are incase in a huge plastic bag so they ARE NOT exposed to air. This also allows you to open and secure the bag at your leisure. I put some in a cookie jar and the remainder I keep in the box and just tie up the plastic bag. They hold up GREAT with no issues!

How long do they last in the freezer? A few months, a year?

My first box lasted about 6 months but only because I finished them off. The last ones were as good as the first - but I did repackage them in sleeves of freezer bags so there wasn't much air with them. And I did used them in ice cream sandwiches so they were still frozen when I ate them. But very good!
