MORE grout, ceramic, etc. sealer
Been using this for years. Absollutely love how it protects the grout and floor from getting 'dirty'/changing colors. Lots less scrubbing when the floors are sealed with this.

One quart covers a large area
I used this product on one of my customer's floors so I can't really comment on the performance of the product. I put a generous amount of sealer on the grout using a narrow-bristled paint brush on a pole and what amazed me was how far it went. I cleaned and sealed about 1200 square feet of tile and not being sure of how much I would need I purchased 3 quarts but only used one. I am posting this comment as I would have liked to have seen a similar comment posted when I was reviewing this product.

Great product
I cleaned the grout then sealed them. So far they have stayed clean & no stains when liquids are spilled. I’m very satisfied with it.

Not as effective as I hoped
I spent hours cleaning a rough ceramic tile kitchen floor, and got it very clean before I applied two coats a day apart from each other. I went away for 3 weeks and came back and the floor was a mess. I cleaned it again it didn't take me quite as long though. So I guess it helped a little bit.

Fingers crossed
Haven’t got to try this out yet. Will revise later. Arrived on time & seems to be made of the same things as other brands I’ve used before.

Added the little extra touch to my craftwork
Liked the effect it gave to my craft item. Gave it a nice coating and seems to help the grouts appearance for my mosaics.

More grout and ceramic sealer.
It dries fast but did not meet my expectation to seal porcelain tile with a sheen. The tile looked duller after applying so I had to steam clean to remove the dirty appearance.

Great product
This product is great I’ve used it before unfortunately I can’t rate this transaction as the driver delivered my package to someone else’s door and sent me a photo of a random persons door
