What is the ma output rating for the 9 volt outputs and the 18 volt outputs? Can't believe this is not shown or been asked yet.

Hello, thank you for writing to us. The eight 9 volt outputs on the M237 can handle 150 mA each, and 1200 in total. The two 18 volt outputs tke 400 mA each and 800 mA in total. A wall wart power supply and power cables to attach to pedals were included.

include the 18v power supply input?

The unit comes with all needed wires - Including wall plug =|----> 18v input to power all outputs.

How noisy is this product?

Depends on if your pedals are power hungry. Since they outputs aren't isolsted, you will get noise. My Strymon pedals were too noisy such that I could not run them with this supply.
