So far so good
I've only used this bag twice but it held up with airline travel without a scratch. The price is sure right. The bag is basic inside but has straps to hold clothes in place. I use travel cubes so my clothing doesn't slip around and get bunched up and the straps are fine with those. The wheels work great. I've never had spinner wheels before and I love how easy it is to move the bag where I want it.

Larger than described.
This suitcase is nice quality. Some international airlines have very strict size and weight limits on luggage. I was looking for specific measurements which this one met in the description. However, when it arrived and I measured it, it was larger than described. I am not willing to risk arguing with airlines or having my carry-on checked so I returned this bag.

This is as good as it gets for the sub $100 range. Great value!
Great value for the price. Isn’t perfectly balanced and may tip when you push it, but does roll decently for the most part. The handle on mine is weird and doesn’t necessarily lock in place securely. Both these issues are minor to me, because for the price, this bag seems great. Good material and seems durable so far. I love the built in lock system. Bag is a good size and looks classy. I got the 21 inch size and it qualifies for like 99% of airline carry on restrictions. Get the smallest size (18 inch) if you really need 100% compliance. For the price I give this 5 stars. If you need perfection, you need to go up the price bracket. This is as good as it gets for the sub $100 range.

Well made but rolls like a snake.
It’s well make, plenty of room to pack for three days. Are used it for a quick weekend getaway, however when I packed my items in it it just didn’t seem to wanna roll straight, it was like walking a snake.Also no matter how I packed it, it wanted to fall forward when I let go. Not all four wheels made contact with the ground evenly. I think maybe I just got a bad one, as they say, it appears that the bottom may be bent from the factory.I’ll be returning it and contemplating whether I’ll buy another Amazon basic carry-on. It was really a bargain for the quality and how it was made, however, I think I just got a bad Apple.

Wheels do not roll straight. Takes way tooMuch effort to steer is a straight line. With bag attached to handle it tips forward. Handle wobbles and keeps collapsing. Very disappointing.
