Max Factor 2000 Calorie Waterproof Volume Mascara, Smudge Proof, Black/Brown, 9 ml

The ONLY brush that grabs all of my lashes. Even the stubby new growth ones are caught by this brush.My lashes are very fine & sparse, although not a bad length overall. The silicone wands never grab the little lashes & always manage to clump the longer ones together.I have so few if they are stuck together I.look like I have 10 lashes per eye!It is very wet to start off worh, so you neeed to scrape off the excess or it will clump lashes.Seems to be waterproof even in the shower. I cant comment on uf it keeps a curl as my lashes point blank refuse to curl properly. Plus the start snapping or falling out of I regularly use an eyelash curler. On one eye a lot of the lashes point kind of down & sideways. A lot if mascara are roo heavy & make them drooping even more. This is quite a light mascara & it dies not di that, as long as its 2 coats max.I use this mascara to find my lashes, then the gold Telecopic one to give them length.This mascara gives a fairly decent length if you already have long lashes. It would give more volume of I used more coats.So really it is a natural looking, but enhancing mascara.

Waterproof, good coverage, easy to remove at the end of the day. Regular purchase.

I found it takes more than one coat to cover all lashes. I am trying this brands waterproof for the first time and I am finding it not as good as other brands.( this may just be me)

My favourite waterproof mascara, no smudging at all and you can build layers without looking clumpy

I have quite oily skin and often have trouble finding a mascara that doesn’t run or smudge. I bought this after seeing several influencers rave about its ability to stay put however I’m sad to report that it doesn’t for me. I work 12 hour shifts and I need it to really stick but unfortunately I have smudges under my eyes after around 6 hours. The applicator is nice and the consistency is good, it’s easy to apply and my lashes look nice, but it just doesn’t last so unfortunately only 3 stars. If your skin is normal or dry I suspect it will be fine for you, but not us oily smudgy people.

I struggle to buy black/brown max factor 2000 calorie waterproof anywhere other than on amazon

Absolutely awful. Dry as the desert and does not stick to my eyelashes at all. It is like using a mascara that has ran out. Also impossible to remove and leaves dark smudges everywhere

I've been using this mascara for more than 20 years. I have very runny eyes & it's England it rains all the time, so personally I can't understand why anyone would use non waterproof mascara. I have tried almost every reasonably priced brand of waterproof mascara & quite a few high end brands & in my opinion none of them are anywhere near as good as this. A tube usually lasts me around 3 months of 1-3 layers of daily wear. it builds up nicely and doesn't go flaky / powdery or sticky like most other waterproof brands that I've tried.

Mir gefällt die Wimperntusche sehr gut. Es ist eine feine Mascara-Emulsion, reichhaltig auf die pflegenden Inhaltsstoffe bezogen, daher der Name 2000 Calorie, und ist mit perfekter Bürste ausgestattet. Jede Wimpern wird erfasst und gleichmäßig getuscht. So kann man direkt am Wimpernrand anfangen zu tuschen und die Bürste langsam zu den Winpernspitzen ziehen, mehrfach wiederholen, um den Effekt zu verstärken. Mir gefällt besonders, dass die Mascara frei von Klumpen ist und nicht pastenartig auf der Bürste landet, denn das gibt immer fette, krumme Brösel-Wimpern, wie unschöne Fliegenbeine, die alle aneinander pappen. Ganz wichtig ist, dass man die Bürste niemals am Flaschenhals abstreift, denn dann ist die Bürste ruiniert und die Wimpern werden nicht mehr getrennt. Auch niemals pumpen, um viel Mascara-Emulsion auf die Bürste zu bringen, dadurch zieht der Behälter Luft und die Mascara trocknet ein.Gut, dass die Tusche wasserfest ist und nicht verläuft oder verschmiert. Hat man beim Auftragen gepatzert, die Wimperntusche auf dem Augenlid oder unter dem Wimpernkranz komplett trocknen lassen und dann erst mit einem sauberen, trockenen Wattestäbchen sanft wegradieren. Die Farbe "blackbrown" ist sehr natürlich und betont Augenfältchen nicht so wie schwarze Tusche, die einen schnell noch älter aussehen lässt. Ich komme mit dieser günstigen MaxFactor Mascara gut zurecht und bin damit sehr zufrieden.
