Beautiful tub filler. Did have an issue with the supply lines leaking, but customer service was great about sending out replacements. As soon as we get those, we should be able to use the filler.

I rarely submit reviews but feel compelled to give this product and the company credit it deserves. Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy. Unfortunately, my contractor damaged one of the water supply hose came in the kit by accident. He couldn’t find anything locally to replace the damaged hose. Wasn’t sure what to expect, I tried to reach the company. To my surprise, someone actually answered my call even it was well after hours (about 9pm est). She listened to my problem and without hesitation, offered free replacement parts with expedited shipping so we can keep the remodel on schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the customer service provided by this seller. She went above and beyond what you would expect from average online retailers. I’ve upload pictures of new bathroom and the new tub faucet is just perfect fit and add appeals to the overall esthetic of the design. I’m very pleased with the outcome. We purchased this far earlier in our renovation but were unable to install until recently. Our plumber did indicate that navigating the lines was tricky for install, but otherwise had no complaints. We’ve been using it about six weeks now. It takes about 9 min to fill our tub. I dislike that the indicator for the sprayer is tucked in the back in our layout as I inadvertently forgot to turn it back to faucet at first use and that was a small mess, but otherwise it’s been great for us. Powerful faucet and sprayer, much more affordable than high-end competitors, beautiful and functional. Will report back if we encounter any leakage, but none at all so far.

I remodel kitchens and bathrooms for a living. i bought this tub filler for my personal master bath. It came out great. its solid and has a heavy duty valve. I bought another one for one of my customers. Slim sleek and cool looking. I would by it again.

This faucet is excellent quality and well made. Looks amazing. The water line hoses were too long so l contacted the company number listed. They are sending shorter water lines hoses for my installation free of charge. Customer service is great, we called after hours and they answered our call.

Easy installation instructions. I had to call customer service for a little help with the hose lengths, as per the instructions in the manual. Ling, was super helpful and very quick to fulfill the need of the installations. Would definitely recommend this product to all!

This may not be a DIY project, unless you have your plumbing already in the right spot on the floor, or if like me, you are putting in a new floor and can add the pipes where they needed to be. Plumbing aside, the install can be tricky, and you need to wear the white gloves that come with the unit so as not to put your fingerprints all over the faucet. The instructions were straight forward and if you take your time and do it right the final product is beautiful. Had an issue with the supply hoses being a half inch to long for my application, but contacted the company, and they were very responsive and said they would send me what I needed right away (thank you Ling), I just needed to text them exactly what I needed and where to send it. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

The faucet was excellent quality for the money. Well made and easy to install. The 30” water lines were too short so l contacted the company number in the installation guide. They are sending longer waterlines for my installation free of charge.

Was looking for Moen or Delta but settled for this Artiqua and I am not disappointed. Attractive bathrub filler, clean lines and not too high up over the tub.
