The best! Tuna seems to have gone down in quality across the board with most brands. This is an exception. StarKist E.V.O.O. is beautiful, completely solid, and delicious. It's one solid chunk in each can. I've never seen that in regular canned tuna, even solid white albacore. The EVOO is tasty as well. Update: I love the tuna here, but check the cans for oil leakage. I inspected the cans for dents and noticed the cans were stuck together. You could see a tiny amount of oil around the edge of the lid and on the bottom of the cardboard. That oil shouldn't be there. My guess is it's due to the "easy open" lids they use now and the stresses of shipping. Why did they have to go to those lids? Regular lids absolutely seal better. I will order this tuna again because I really like it, I just hope it was a one-off with the leakage.

This tuna (StarKist Selects E.V.O.O. Solid Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 4.5 oz Can (Pack of 12)) is absolutely delicious, and will help me eat more healthfully! The tuna is still intact in chunks (too much canned tuna these days, including other StarKist lines, sadly are not), and the olive oil tastes fresh with just a hint of salt. I appreciate the easy tab opening -- no need to bring out the can opener. I have been mixing a can of this tuna into my salads, making a hearty, well balanced meal -- latest salad tonight was comprised of a few large handfuls of arugula, a fresh mandarin orange peeled and separated into slices, a chopped up avocado, a sliced red pepper, a few thin slices of sweet onion, and this tasty tuna, dressed in EVOO, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard and freshly ground black pepper. This meal takes literally 10m to put together. Another recent meal: a can of this tuna, drained of about half the EVOO, tossed with a whole chopped apple, half a chopped cucumber, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and some freshly ground black pepper. It was so tasty and easy; I didn't even bother peeling the apple or cucumber. Basically, this tuna goes with just about any fruit or vegetable you'd put in a salad, and the fact that it comes with its own decent olive oil makes it even easier. I'm constantly improvising with it, especially when I don't have time to cook a meal. Plus, each case of 12 cans came in the original manufacturer's box, well protected in Amazon's shipping box (all recycled, of course) -- so no dents! I ordered three dozen cans already, and will be back for more. March 31, 2020 UPDATE: Well, since this review I've ordered five more cartons of 12 in this variety (yellowfish tuna with EVOO), and a bunch more in the garlic and lemon varieties! For tuna lovers, I truly can't recommend this enough, especially as backup nutrition/food during times like these. These cans also minimize the chances of COVID spread - you can let them sit on their own for 3-5 days, then wipe them down before opening/consuming.

So delicious & fresh. Not oily or watery

My friend tells me that this product is outstanding and very good. She also said that the packaging was very good, none of the cans were dented or leaking. If my friend likes the product, then I am happy. I gifted her another eight (8) cans of this tuna. One can was dented and the entire product was not well packed or protected. Please give more attention to sending such items, that could easily leak, when packing them.
