Works like a charm
Was compatible with my Cisco work phone. Fits well. Noise cancellation feature works. Quality is good. Would recommend.

Great, clear sound.
I wanted a hardwired headset, and bought this one based on the avg customer review. The headset worked straight out of the box, no need for either of the two adapters that come with. The sound quality is startlingly clear, and I absolutely recommend them! One note: the Cisco phone base's default is to mute the headset mic, so in order to be heard you simply have to press the headset button on the phone (it'll light up when the mic is live) to be able to use the headset. Meikajia's customer support responded quickly to explain this.

Perfect for easy desk set phone work - too bad the head set has VERY limited fit adjustment
Worked perfectly from moment jack being snapped into headphone jack of desk phone. Dual ear muff works perfectly for cancelling ambient noise in office (allowing caller to be heard clearly) as well as cancelling ambient noise feeding into microphone. EAR MUFFS DO NOT STAY IN PLACE UNLESS HELD BY SAME HANDS NEEDED TO OPERATE A KEYBOARD WHILE LISTENING. Unfortunately, HEADBAND DOES NOT SUFFICIENTLY ADJUST FOR SMALLER/PETIT HEADS (and possibility larger ones, too?).

Lacks Longevity
This phone headset worked very well as the sound was crystal clear through the headset and I have a hearing problem. Additionally, this helped me at my job hands free as i needed to type information quickly. The mic was crystal clear too as I tested this with another co-worker using it while i called on the other end. The downside, I've only used this for 6 months and it has already died on me. I believe the longevity of this product is lacking and hope they find a way to remedy this issue with the price you pay for it.
