I was admittedly skeptical at first, because the pillow seemed small, thin, and lacked any special technology or design elements - how could it possibly help reduce my hip pain when sleeping on my side. I was totally mistaken. This pillow is amazing - it is comfortable, fits perfectly between my legs, is soft yet firm enough to maintain separation between my legs and give the proper support to the upper leg, it is easy to repostion when I switch sides and most importantly... IT WORKS. My hip and lower back pain was, for all intents and purposes, eliminated, allowing me to sleep through the night for the first time in many weeks. I highly recommend this product.

I had a 5 level lower back fusion 3 years ago. Do my exercises daily. Work with someone twice a week who works closely with my PT for improving strength. Sleeping at night has been a nightmare. Not one good nights sleep since the surgery until this pillow!! Have tried 5 different pillows previously. I move around at night. Side to side and to my back. Have slept through the night every night since using this pillow!!! Truly a miracle for me! When I change positions I find this pillow easy to readjust so that it hardly wakes me up. Definitely get the pillow case with it although I do wish it was softer. I believe with use and washings it will soften up. But not a big issue. I am 5’9-10” and the size works great., I am not sure what do do about traveling because it’s too big for my suitcase but don’t want to sleep without it. Have been using all kinds of sleep meds for three years and none have worked consistently. Not going to need them anymore…..

I like that this pillow is a good width to not let knees touch but not too wide to make it uncomfortable. I would have liked if it came with a pillow case, but you can fold a standard pillow case to make it work. It is very light weight and supports well.

So glad we researched various pillows for hip pain management before buying. Very comfortable and good length for average height women. Pillow is firm but soft enough to form to legs. The indented shape down the length and perfect thickness combine to make it easy to use after a couple of nights use. We have only used it for a week so long term durability cannot be determined yet but is sure feels like professional quality product. Will update if situation changes.

Bought this in July 2025 and it was great for the first month or so. Now in October, it’s lost most of its support and is a bit flat.

I am recovering from hip replacement surgery and can only lay on my back or left side. I was looking for a body pillow that would support my leg when sleeping on my side. This pillow Looked perfect. Unfortunately it is not firm or plump enough to keep my leg propped up in the correct alignment and is far too short for a “body” pillow. It is a softer support for those looking for a flatter pillow. The valley down the center is helpful and keeps body parts from rolling or shifting out of place. It is a nice pillow overall but the price at 39.00 is a way too high for the actual overall quality of materials and size. The stuffing will not last over time as it’s just regular poly fill. I will use it until it falls apart or falls flat because as always easier to keep than return.

I am 6 feet tall and this is the right size. The groove is a good design as it helps keep it in place. And it is long enough that I can get my knees and my feet on it at the same time. Separating the feet can be very comfortable as well. Sometimes I put my feet on, other times I let my feet touch, whatever feels most comfortable. I am constantly adjusting to find the right comfort time at the time. This pillow is also the right thickness; not too thick that it gets in the way, but just thick enough that it provides enough cushioning and separates the knees when lying on your side. You can also use this when lying on your back: put the pillow underneath your knees to achieve a slight bend, which is also better for your back than lying completely flat. I've learned over time to use this pillow about 4 or 5 nights out of the week. The other nights, I don't use it. I don't know why but this seems to be the right balance. I almost never wake up with a sore/stiff back any more. Yes!

The filling in this pillow is the highlight. It doesn’t bunch up or get lumpy! The outside cover is designed to allow your legs to fit in the center without collapsing. This makes for wonderful comfort and support! Seriously, I’ve tried so many pillows small and large and this is the Most comfortable one. I use a soft cotton pillowcase over mine because the green seams can be stiff, but I’m more sensitive than most. This is the best pillow for the value. It also works great as a neck pillow. I highly recommend this pillow & now I want to try some of their other products.

Sleep Yoga Back Side Sleepers, Ergonomically Designed Down Alternative Pillow for Knee Support is excellent. I wish I had ordered this pillow months ago. I have been so lucky to find it. I have at last had a full nights sleep after using this pillow. I have hip pain & can now sleep on my side again with the help of this pillow. I can highly recommend this pillow. It’s a perfect size for me .. I am 5’5” tall.

For years I have used a sculpted small pillow between my knees when I sleep. However, it was always uncomfortable for my ankles. When I saw this pillow I liked the idea that it would reach from my knees to my ankles. It is very comfortable! My only complaint would be how expensive it is, but it was worth it for me.
