We bought this during lock down when the weather was uncharacteristically good. Unfortunately the good weather brought on a shocking bout of hay-fever for my son. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. We put it on in the room he was spending most of the day in (and most of the lock down). Within a day his very bad symptoms had cleared. It is now only used for a couple of hours a day to clear the air and he hasn't suffered since. It hasn't been used at night as even on the low setting the noise is like having a fan on and the light on top casts a glow. However putting it on for an hour before bed seems to do the trick. Overall a very good piece of kit that really does work. Very pleased with our purchase. The only reason it is not all five stars is that we can't use it overnight as there is no sleep mode.

I can definately recommend buying an air purifier! I cannot compare this model to any others as this is the only one I own but I can definitely say that it works.. I suffer from asthma which gets bad when hay fever picks up. This has made a noticeable difference to the way I wake up in the morning. no more groggy feeling and blocked noses. however, I will say that this is innoffective when the window is left open, which is understandable. I will also note that this is not the quietest thing when on full power which doesn't bother me but does my partner (thankfully she puts up with it when I'm really bad) but usually use on sleep mode during the night. Not only does it help reduce pollen/dog dander, it also seems to dramatically reduce the amount of dust that piles up on surfaces which is noticeable after taking the filter out even after a few days and looking at all the dust it has piled up. would fully recommend to anyone who suffers from hay fever or even just wants a cleaner room with cleaner air. I am looking to buy a few more of these for the rest of my house.

I wanted to wait a while to see what impact this had on me before I reviewed it. Must say I'm very impressed with it, for the price its not half bad. It's used in my bedroom which is probably slightly larger than the recommended size of room but it doesn't have any issues in clearing air quality. I've not gotten to the point where I've needed to change the filter yet but I'm sure it's not far off, so can't comment on ease of that change yet. But in terms of the device itself it's not bad at all, it sounds like a laptop fan which considering the amount of sound other units kick out isn't bad at all. There's a noticeable difference in the air quality, especially if you leave it to do it's thing and come back after a while. My only slight gripe is the brightness of the light at the top of the device, if you're sleeping and don't really want a nightlight you'll probably have to resort to leaving something over the top of it to block out the light, otherwise you're room will be bathed in Red or Blue depending on if it's off or on standby... only real issue with it, and to be fair its not hard to work around.

Great little air purifier, however the ionization causes my migraines to spike up so much. We ventilated the space adequately but it's really strong. It does what it's supposed to really well though. You can smell the air is a bit different. Really easy to set up, and easy to clean. Compact and looks really good. It just never specified it could cause migraines which is why I didn't get any use of it.

I’ve been using this for about 2weeks now and so far it’s been doing the job . It can be heard but the noise is not too noticeable or irritating. It’s easy enough to switch on and off. I use it on the highest setting as unfortunately I’m a smoker so can’t really say yet how long the filters will last. It states they last from 6-12 months and i bought some extra filters at the same time. I guess time will tell as to how long they will last. It’s fairly small and compact and doesn’t take up too much space in my front room. As I said before so far so good.

I decided to get a purifier for my home as I have 3 cats 2 of them very fluffy which leads to hairs, I have a granddaughter of 10yrs who suffers every spring with the start of eczema which increases as the season roll through, we were totally amazed when she woke with her arms in really good condition, also my mother cat that was a rehome came to me with an allergy and I am very pleased to say that this little machine has done wonders for her skin too. I am so pleased with this product that I am saving for the fan with attached purifier if it works like this one then money well spent. Why only 4 stars, well there is always room for improvement.

I live above a loud road - struggle to sleep because of the loud and inconsistent noise. I also get headaches when I sleep with the window closed - was stuck between them and not being able to sleep either way. I bought this filter and have been able to sleep with the window closed and nice cool air in my room ever since. Definitely worth it if you struggle with this - I think something to do with the air purity and pressure which this air filter really helps with. Also, the low consistent hum is so easy to sleep with covering the sound of the cars. Now I can sleep absolutely fine and I’m v thankful
