Desde el mes de abril hice el pedido de unas chancletas para mi hijo y me llegó hoy 29 de Junio y voy a devolver porque le están grande y me dice la aplicación que la ventana de devolución está cerrada desde mayo no puedo hacer devolución del producto verdaderamente no comprendo

Order 1 size smaller than you usually wear is a rule I always apply when buying flip-flops, I am size 13 shoes and I ordered the size 12 and it fit perfectly. Great quality, great shoe, although, i have not worn this pair for more than 5 minutes at a time and I have only owned them for a couple weeks now.
