GAME CHANGER- Highly recommend!!!
This item is such a game changer that I could actually cry!!!!. I have a deviated septum and I'm terrified of the surgery (the whole packing my nose and not being able to breathe makes my skin crawl off my skeleton). My right nostril is the problem, so when I lay on my left side to try to sleep, my right nostril starts to collapse and I can't breathe unless I hold it open with my thumb and my hand across my face. This has been going on for YEARS, but only recently has it gotten worse to the point of seeing an ENT. The Breathe Right strips aren't strong enough to keep my nose open and I've said it forever "what if there was a hard tube I can just stick inside my nostril to keep it from collapsing". YOU GUYS- THIS IS FINALLY THAT THING!!!! I got this multi pack. The soft silicone ones will be useless to me, not strong enough, so the hard ones are what i needed. Glad i bought the pack with varying aizes to test which one fits the best. Size medium for me. You can feel it, its not like you put it in and forget its there, but is isnt UNcomfortable. Especially having a deviation you can definitely feel it- it's a snug fit, but in my mind, that's what its supposed to do, and HOLY MOLY DOES IT WORK. I'm testing it out laying on my left side as I write this review and not once have I needed to mess with my nose to open my nostril to breathe. Effectiveness 10/10. Usability 10/10. Value 10/10. For less than $10 I can finally breathe WITHOUT needing to do the surgery or holding my nose uncomfortably open. Knowing what I know now, even if this product was double the price, I'd buy it on repeat forever!!!

My family love it, & I think it's pretty good, but it's not a cure-all.
Works REALLY WELL, BUUUUUUUT 1. Make sure you find the RIGHT FIT (the nose should not be extremely pinched, Silicone helps relieve it by being softer, but possibly go a size bigger if neccessary.) 2. SHAVE YOUR NOSE HAIRS IF YOU USE THIS I gave myself a nose ache, and accidental nose hair bleeding when I woke up the next morning when switching to the silicone.. I woke up with my nose sore wondering why, and then realized the silicone was pulling my hairs as it entered/pushed into my nose. The product came with 8 pieces (4 sizes for 2 editions; plastic 'cone' shaped & silicone) The plastic can be a bit harsh on sensitive noses for it doesn't really bend much The silicone feels in the hand like it would lose it's shape, but IRL it holds your nose open pretty well My little brother (12) uses the Small plastic "cone" and says it helps him and doesn't hurt his nose and he's sick as of rn, and it's helping open his nose well at nights My sister (24) uses the Medium silicone and says it helps a lot Me (23) I used the Medium plastic "cone", then switched used the Large Silicone for it feels SUPER smooth on. It just feels weird on entry for the silicone has good grip that my nose feels sensitive when friction is applied at first.. then it's fine If your nose is sensitive, try "twisting" the silicone in your nose, and NOT shoving it in directly. It reduces the awkward friction feeling a bit. Everyone, including me have stated it helps very much. Nobody's complained yet. I been using it half a week now, doing good so far. Fun fact: Everyone's had this weird sense of "difference" when we first applied this item. Everyone noted that you notice an EXTREME openess of your nose that you've never had this much air before, it feels weird. Make sure to keep it clean as well. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT OPEN NOSES 100% of the time If YOU got something in that nose, that's something YOU gotta clear manually to then feel the difference this item allows. This can help stuffy noses, but not gold mines.

No worth the money
Didn’t work for me and painful. While it’s a great idea the different brands I bought need further development and tweaking in order to be useful . They are fairly expensive for something that doesn’t work. I have spent over $100 in the last few trying to find something that works and isn’t painful without success.

After figuring out which size and type was best, they sent a free pack of 12
I got these to help alleviate snoring. I've been using the sticky nasal strips, but I hate the residue and the skin irritation that I get after scrubbing off the residue for a few days. I must admit that it took a while to find the right size, and even then I had to trim the length. I guess my nose is short? But that was acutally pretty easy, as the soft ones have ringed ridges that I just cut along (carefully with sharp scissors) to get the proper length. Attached photo showing a pair before and after I trimmed it. Once I did trim it to be comfortable I was VERY happy with the results. They open my nostrils much more than those sticky strips. The soft silicone material ones were super comfortable and I had no problem sleeping with this in once I got the right size and trim. Plus these are a great deal for the money since they do send a free pack after you get this sampler.

Doesn't cure but helps some
These didn't really stop my snoring but, according to my wife, decrease the loudness to something tolerable. I found if the piece is too small, it won't do anything to stop or calm snoring. If it's too large, it will irritate your nose. So, find the right size, then order more of that size. The silicone pieces are more comfortable. The spiral pieces are hard and irritating but they allow more air through your nostrils. I use a combination of the silicone pieces along with a wedge pillow to elevate my head. My wife doesn't poke me awake (to turn over) at night so much now....just every now and then.

These hurt.
These kind of worked at first, they were tolerable, the small ones are too small to fit the gap between my nostrils and the ones that can hurt like hell. Very uncomfortable. Nozovent has been the most effective nasal dilator I’ve used so far but it’s also the most ridiculous looking one as well.

Makes it easier to breath
This is a niche review but I have a build up of scar tissue in my nose from childhood surgeries that make it difficult to breathe. This product helps move the tissue out of the way so I can breathe way easier. Unfortunately I throw them on the ground in my sleep so maybe subconscious me finds them uncomfortable?

Inexpensive miracle!!!
I had some plastic surgery on my nose, which has always been slender and I had no problems after the surgery but a couple years later it seems it’s more work to breathe especially at night when I get tired, so I find myself jolting awake because I don’t feel like I can get enough hair and it is not standard sleep apnea, The kind of thing that needs a respirator or machine It is a physical canal of my nose as well as I’m sure this can help out many other people with different causes for the same thing. I didn’t know about this thing and I was telling my daughter about getting problems with my breathing which my doctor said told me before when they heard me in the lobby I didn’t hear anything but long story short she told me about theses devices and I found it on Amazon so Inexpensive things are the first things to try and this was a home run! I know automatically if I put them in. I’m going to have a good night sleep and my smart watch tells me my O2 is great when I’m using these little things. When I can’t find them and I have misplaced them I know I’m gonna be in for it lol so I’ve become in a bit of dependent on an inexpensive excellent product! I can live with that. Even if you don’t think they will do something for you if you don’t try it and you have a breathing problem, especially at night or so it’s crazy not to try them. There are many variations in the box. You’ll find one that works perfectly. I now have three sets just mentally to have an extra one in two places is a good thing.

For the price, absolutely worth the try
I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!

A Complete Game Changer – I Can't Sleep Without It
I've been using these nasal dilators for several years, and I honestly can't imagine sleeping without them anymore. When I first started using them, I bought the variety pack with different sizes and firmness levels. I'm glad I did because it helped me find the perfect fit. For me, the small, firm version works best and stays comfortably in place throughout the night. I don't just use them for sleeping—I also wear them while exercising. Before I started using nasal dilators, I would often get headaches after workouts because I felt like I wasn't breathing efficiently through my nose. Since finding the right size, that problem has completely disappeared for me. Breathing feels much easier during exercise. The material is comfortable, and once you get used to wearing it, you barely notice it's there. My advice is not to give up if the first size you try doesn't feel right. Finding the correct size and firmness makes a huge difference. Of course, everyone's nose is different, so your ideal size may not be the same as mine. But if you struggle with snoring, nasal congestion, or simply want to improve nasal breathing while sleeping or exercising, I think these are definitely worth trying. For me, they've been a complete game changer, and after several years of use, I still wouldn't want to be without them.

A Really Unexpected Breath of Fresh Air
I decided to give the Mobi Lock Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilator a try because I’ve been struggling with nasal congestion and feeling like I can’t breathe properly through my nose at night. I’m pleasantly surprised — while it wasn’t perfectly comfy at first, it’s genuinely made a difference in how I sleep and breathe. Here’s what I found: • On the first night, the device felt odd. Placing something in your nostrils is always going to feel strange, and I could tell my breathing felt different. But after a couple of nights, I got used to it. • Once it settled in, I noticed I was breathing more through my nose and less through my mouth — meaning fewer wake-ups, less throat dryness, and a fresher feeling in the morning. • Snoring? Not fully gone, but the nasal sound is much quieter. My partner even noticed how much smoother my breathing sounded. • Comfort-wise, the assorted sizes in the pack helped me find the perfect fit. The softer ones were easier on my nose, and I’d recommend starting small before moving up. • Functionality: It keeps the nasal passages open consistently throughout the night, improving airflow even when lying on your side. The vents also reduce that “blocked nose” pressure feeling which helps with sinus comfort. • Design: The compact shape and clear silicone design make it discreet and nearly invisible when worn. The material feels soft yet firm enough to stay in place without slipping out. • Value: For what it costs, it’s solid. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s low-maintenance and definitely improves nighttime breathing once you adjust. What to bear in mind: • If your snoring is caused by throat vibrations, this alone won’t fix it — it mainly targets nasal airflow. • It takes a few nights to get used to the sensation, but it gets easier fast. • Cleaning it regularly and picking the right size makes a huge difference in comfort and hygiene. Final verdict: If you struggle to breathe easily through your nose at night and don’t mind a little adjustment period, this is worth it. It went from feeling strange to something I now use nightly. Breathing is smoother, my sleep feels deeper, and I wake up clearer. A small product that quietly makes a big difference.
