How thick are these insoles? Ones I’m replacing from original shoe are 1/4”(.25”) thick. Thanks

...they are not uniformly thick...they are thinner at the toe and thicken as they move back to the heel...I checked the ones that have been in my daily worn moc's and they are about .25 at the toe to .375 at the heel...very comfortable as I never wear socks in the heat of the Arizona valley...best I've come across...actually have a pair on order for my new moc's!!!

Good for doc martens boots? Or too thick?

l little too tick for that I think. But no support whatsoever either wih these

can you wear these in tennis shoes?

They are thicker than many insoles - I could not use them in my tennis shoes, but if the insole you are taking out is thick, they may work.

I wear women's size 9.5 shoe. What size do I need for these?

Hi, please choose Size S: US Men Size: 7-8.5 or Women Size: 8.5-10
