Everest near fails to disappoint me. It’s my to go to masala for chicken

I had a hard time rating this because it’s an excellent spice mix. However, it arrived on 12/23/21 with an expiration on the box of 1/2022. According to the date on the box, it was packaged TWO YEARS ago. Fortunately, it was well-packaged and was still usable, but it didn’t taste as good as when it’s fresher. I can’t believe you’d send a customer an almost-expired product that, based on the size of the box, is obviously going to be used over the course of several meals. Nonetheless, the mix itself is really good and by following the recipe on the box, I got authentic tasting Chicken Tikka Masala. My guests all said it was as good as what we get in the local Indian restaurant.

I LOVE THE BRAND YES IT IS HARD TO FIND AT TIMES BUT YOU CHARGE 6-7$ BUT THEY ARE EXPIRED AND NON RETURNABLE THANKS NO WONDER HUSBANDS STOMACH WAS NOT WELL I USED THIS ONCE THROWING IT AWAY
