Charging Issues? I have plugged it into 2 different computers and a wall charger. The blue light turns on to show its charging, but won't turn on.

Hello, The blue light turns on to show its charging , and off when fully charged. If yours does not work, please contact us via support@dewenwils.com, we will arrange a new replacement for you as soon as possible! Dewenwils Customer Service Team

Has anyone tried putting some type of tape over the light to help make it more dim? Way too bright to use while my hubby sleeps.

I’d just tape a piece of tissue paper over it

Is the battery included? And if not is a lithium polymer battery easy to find for purchase?

There is a built in lithium polymer battery. It is rechargeable, so please don't worry about the power.

My light will have a blue light for 30 seconds when plugged in then go off. It will not turn on. How do I access the 1 year warranty?

Hello, This condition has never happened before. Please contact us via dewenwils@support.com, we will make full refund or new replacement for you! Please note: The LED lens can only rotate 90° counter-clockwise. Forcibly rotating more than 90° will cause the light to be damaged and unable to illuminate. Sincerely, DEWENWILS
