Bay Rum Beard Oil by Artius Man | 1 OZ.

The viscosity of this oil is one of the best I've used. It makes my beard extremely soft and manageable. The scent is not very good though. Out of the bottle, smell is horrible. Put the oil in beard and scent isn't quite as bad and more subtle. I will purchase oil from this company again but will have to be from their website and try other scents. Will use this as my before bed oil. Definitely a great oil but avoid this scent.

Very strong scent.

It smells wonderful. Unfortunately, the part that seals the lid to the bottle was broken and it spilled out so my husband isn’t getting a full bottle of the product. ☹️ A little nervous to order again.

Good oil just smells very strong and kinda gross.

Extremely Strong Scent. Possibly a coincidence, but unfortunately the scent gives me headache. I’ve stopped using this.

I recently received a Artius Man sampler package with 5 different Artius Man beard oils, one of which is the Spiced Bay Rum. I will give it a couple of stars for being very rich and providing good moisturizing for both beard and face.Unfortunately the smell is really strong though , and turns my stomach. I tried this one today and had to wash my beard out to reduce the overwhelming scent. Even hours later I can still smell it. I suppose if you like the scent its a plus that it’s long-lasting.One general comment is that a lot of the beard oils that Artius Man makes seem to have a common underlying baseline smell that is somewhere between mold, mildew & charcoal fire pit. On a positive note I definitely think they have quality beard oils and there are a few I do like but this is not one of them.

This oil is more viscous than other oils, which means a little goes a long way. The beard oil has all the same base oils as almost every other company but their ratio works and helps to soften the beard. The company also has so many great scents that are far above other beard oil companies I’ve tried. They also give our free samples and all you have to do is pay 3 dollars for shipping, which is nice since you can test a couple scents before you spend 15 dollars.
