are all the removable plate grills non-stick ?

We've had our George Foreman removable plate grill for about 15 years now, used about two times a week to grill patties, fish, vegies, and whatever else is appropriate. In all respects including the non-stick grill surfaces it works as excellent as it did when we bought it from K Mart (remember them?). I wish everything else was this well designed and constructed with materials of this quality. As MaxSparkley comments, "We love ours"

Can you cook two grilled cheese at once?

Yes, but if you like butter to cook your grilled cheese in, the sloping feature is going to make all your butter run right out. :(

What metal are the grill plates made of?

The plates are light weight non stick Aluminum completely removable for easy cleaning . I found this unit to be handy for a quick meal & works best with defrosted meat.

CAN YOU COOK MARINATED MEAT

I use this frequently for marinated items (steak, chicken breasts, boneless chicken thighs, fish, burgers w/"stuff", vegetables) and that works fine, with one exception: if you are going to do any 'batching' of marinated items, like processing them serially, if you use certain marinades you will need to clean between items or will blacken and smoke. Teriyaki, for example, does this every time. It is easy to clean, but still a disrupter. same would be true if you were batching to do a larger volume of the same things. We bought a second one for the work around. :)

Sandwich maker shorted and does not work anymore

Hi, The sandwich maker shorted and has now stopped working. The adapter that was sent also was burnt. I have tried to get this repaired but no one is accepting this since this is imported. I would like to return this product.

Not compatible for buying in India

It is being sold in India. Requires 220V - 110V step down converter in India which is very expensive around 7000rs Sanjeev Kapoor's Grill is a good replacement for this one in India https://www.amazon.in/dp/B008GS4BBW/

Great Electric Sandwich Maker!

I bought this sandwich maker recently and I’m very happy with it. It heats up fast and makes perfectly toasted, crispy sandwiches every time. I don't know why this grill is sold on Amazon Sweden. It's designed for 110 Volt and for an American plug, it's useless in Europe
