I used to stay away from reading books and always wary of philosophical contents. This is my first book on such topics which I read. After reading this book, my view changed. This book is excellent. It is very well articulated. The methods given are practical and easily adoptable. I was enticed to adopt the methods and I have started adopting some of them and I see positive results. It is a must read for all. Thanks to Robin Sharma for such a wonderful book.
