I got this a few months back but wanted to wait to do a review. I moved into an apartment where a smoker had been smoking inside, and after extensively clean the walls, floors and ceiling the smoke smell was still around. I knew i had to break down and buy an air purifier to clean the air since opening the windows to air the place out wasn't an option mid February winter in new england. When looking for an air purifier i wanted 3 things, smoke smell removal, hepa and the most sq.ft. as possible and this hit all those. The first few days the smell was noticeably better running the machine on turbo. Within a couple of weeks the smell was extremely faint. I still have some residual smell but that is no fault of the air purifier but because the apartment wasn't painted or cleaned very well before i moved in. There are times when the smell comes back and this helps to clean the air and resolve it. I do like the smart technology in the device that helps it detect odors etc and kicks the fan speed up on its own. That is handy. Turbo is loud, but what do you expect.... and silent is just that. Super quite. Overall a really nice product that i would purchase again and recommend to friends.

So attractive, so quiet. In auto mode I do not hear anything, the only thing to confirm it is on is the light and the feel of air when you are close to it. When the room is dark, and I don't mean pitch dark, but just in the evening if you are sitting in low light, or a cloudy day when not much light in a house with blinds, it goes to silent mode. Still working but no lights, no sound, you cannot possibly be disturbed. There is a little dog hair on the front suggesting that it is indeed attracting and pulling debris in the air, but it just seems to function so effortlessly and quietly, you don't even know it's there if out of sight. Attractive if in view. I sprayed some air freshener the other day and watched to see if it would detect it - the air quality light turned kind of purple (pink and blue) and the fan speed increased slightly, both briefly, then back to normal. Because it has stayed at very low speeds in Auto mode I ran it in manual mode when I first got it to feel more confident it was really doing a good job. Even at the "Turbo" level I do not find the noise to be disturbing. I have posted a brief video clip sitting maybe 4 feet from the machine so you can hear it - this is the very highest level. I highly recommend it and if you use the Amazon Store Card you have a year to pay for it with no interest. By the way, the wall mount came included in the box - Amazon suggests you have to purchase it separately but it is included. Also I purchased the Germ Defense - you get to customize one filter to meet your specific needs. The other 4 filters are the same for everyone. They come wrapped in plastic, you simply remove the plastic and re-stack the filters. SO EASY.

I have purchased this item only recently, but so far has worked very well. I purchased the Rabbitair to help when I smoke my cigars indoors. This air filter works very well to help clear out the smoke and filter in new air. Smoke smell left is very minimal and usually is completely gone by mid morning (I usually smoke cigars at evening/night). For those looking at this for cigar/other smoking, keep in mind that no filtration system will completely remove smoke smell because the smoke sticks to other surfaces (especially soft/cloth surfaces) as other reviewers have stated. I have found that this product to be very easy to set up and sue and works very well. I am going to purchase another one as the room I use is a bit bigger and this may help. However, even with the one the smoke is completely cleared out when I am done. You can even see the system pulling in the smoke. Highly recommend this product so far (Again, have only had it for about a month now).

I purchased this machine to help keep the room fresher after we have been smoking for a while. We don't smoke indoors any more however the air is good. I was surprised that it only took few minutes to get the blue light "clean air" to come on so the room was not too bad to start with. My other big concern was my seasonal allergies. I have not noticed feeling any better with that it did not make any difference for me. The filter kit that we have on should take care of allergens I don't think that a additional filter could be installed to take care of allergens. Overall it is a great machine and its very quiet at all setting except the turbo setting which is not too bad at all.

I do not think this works any better than a Winix model I bought six years ago for less than $100. It works many hours on Turbo to partially remove basic cooking odors (This is the odor model). We ended up opening the window for 15 minutes. This was not a grilled steak, but a meatloaf in the oven. Further, I have the 850 sq ft model in 400 sq foot room. I find it incredibly difficult to believe these other reviews. I think it is ineffectual and HUGELY over priced. PS Try this test: Take a Kleenex tissue and put it near the air intake on HIGH. It will fall to the ground. Only on TURBO does this even come close. I can report on three other product that, on the next to highest level, the intake is at least twice what this defectively designed unit is.

Après trois jours d'essais, ce produit correspond très bien à sa description sur le site du fabricant. C'est un excellent purificateur, puissant et silencieux. Les senseurs fonctionnent bien et ajustent la vitesse de la machine en fonction de la qualité de l'air ambiant. Toutefois, ma note parfaite ne vaut que pour un premier essai de quelques jours. Il reste à tester au moyen et long terme (fiabilité et endurance).

Fairly effective product. I use mine in a 10x12 room. It does not completely remove cigar odour, I would say 85% effective. I combine this unit with a plug in air freshener though and overall I am happy with the results. I leave a small light on after I have had a cigar in the evening so that it does not go into sleep mode. Regarding noise level, I can carry on a normal conversation even when unit is running on high.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing his air purifier. My use case is a bit of a recreational space that often serves as a cigar lounge. It does a great job of removing the smoke from the air very quickly. I can only wish that it actually gets rid of all the odor - but that would be a bit too much to expect. its super quiet, hangs on the wall and looks good.

My husband uses this in his cigar lounge and loves it. There can be a few people in there at one time but it clears the smoke particles quickly.

perfect , everything went better than my expectations , the design and the options are so modern unlike other purifiers... ONE YEAR UPDATE IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!! the purifier stops filtering, changed the filters but no use, the fans sounds weird!!! tried to contact their customer service but it feels like they're helpless.... useless... wasted another 110 on a new set of filters NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
