About this for my husband he loved it and we will definitely be buying more in the near future.

Randomly pauses
When listening to you tube it freezes or mutes ever 60 seconds… not sure how to fix this

Good Price and Operates Well
Price was pretty good. I bought the previous model and although the earpiece was more discreet, it kept falling out of my ear. It eventually broke and I had to glue it back together. The new one is larger and anything but discreet. It stays on the ear, but they should offer a larger gap where it wraps around the ear. My ear is pushed forward and looks smashed a bit. Works and sounds great.

Think Twice
This would be great if it worked for more than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I can hear what others are saying, but my voice doesn’t transmit. Not sure if I have a defective unit or if it’s just not well made. It’s a little “staticky” but comfort isn’t bad.

I use this product for work. The sound is good quality. The ear pice is heavy and is not contarble having it all day.
