MXR Mini Iso-Brick Power Supply Guitar Effects Pedal

For the power that it offers and its size and construction you cannot spend your money any better than this. And if you can find it on sale, even better. Because of the 9 V outlets 350 mA power reserves along with the 18 V having 800 mA of power, you have all the power you need! In my case, I have three 18 V pedals two of which needed 300 mA each, with the other requiring 100 mA. It runs them flawlessly and quietly using a 3 way power cable. That cable, I had to buy separately. It comes with most of the cables you need, including a splitter to run two pedals from a single outlet. Because of the 350 mA of power coming from a single 9 V outlet, you can even daisy chain pedals together from a single outlet as long as you calculate the number of milliamps your pedals need. I only daisy chain my analog pedals. The digital ones I tend to isolate. The only other power supply, I would even consider, is the Cioks DC7. Check it out if you need other voltages. Each power outlet can be configured for four different voltages, and it has tons of reserve power. However, it costs over twice as much as the MXR, but you will not be disappointed.

Build quality is amazing as always. Design is clean and functional. The 18v power supply is pretty chunky in size so be prepared to make room for it. Great product overall.

Works Great. Have it powering (4) 9v pedals and using the side output @18v to drive my Eden WTDI amplifier which eliminates a wall wart. Very small and fits under my Voodoo Labs Dingbat Small pedal board. Highly recommend.

Plenty of power and you can daisy chain another one into the 18v slot if you need more slots. Super compact and fits under my board with ease. I am a big fan of Dunlop/MXR stuff; it’s durable and dependable. I’d say they are a working musicians dream. There are cheaper options but there isn’t a thing I trust more in this price range.

One of the best power supply you can find in the market, size is incredibly small, fits anywhere, no noise, 18 volts is a bonus. Only thing the i didn't like and prevents the 5 stars is the power adapter jack is a bit loose and i had to tape it to the pedalboard cause any simple movement cause the jack to disconnect. Highly recommended if you need a small power supply with high quality.

The M238 and M239 are easily confused with MXRs DC brick, which does not isolate the ports. I have used these isolated port bricks on dozens of boards. The size of the unit, the variety of volts/ milliamps, and the price, make them the perfect choice. If you have a noise problem, it’s one or more of your pedals.

This power supply is perfect for my acoustic pedal board. All of the cables are included plus 1 extra “Y” cable to run from the power supply to 2 pedals. I use all 5 of the outputs and have no issues. It is quiet, tiny, and does not affect the sound of my guitar.

Great power supply for small to medium boards. Value of this is insane and is a great power supply for the average hobbyist .

This is one of the best power supply I ever had, I already got 4 of these powering my multiple rigs, recently I made a new pedalboard and definitely was my first choice. It supplies 100% isolated power through its ports, very quiet, zero noise, reasonable price, small in size so it takes no space if placed on top of the pedalboard neither if below it. Also does not require any special tools or accessories to hang it below the pedalboard, I added a velcro and it hangs there for ages. Only down fall is the power supply jack gets easily disconnected from the unit with any movement. I solved this with a zip tie, I tied the adapter wire with a zip tie to the pedalboard thus it doesn't get affected if any movement.

Small size means it fits under pedalboard easily. Works really well and very easy to set up. Switches off automatically after a while too. Highly recommend if you use pedals regularly.
