Essential Alanon material
great condition. Essential to have if you are attending Alanon or just want to have some personal growth. I use it to ground myself, even in ordinary situations, unrelated to the qualifier in my life.

If you need alanon, this is a terrific book. You only read 1 page a day. There are 365 readings plus a lot more. I love it

One Day at a Time in ALANON
I am in AA and have been clean and sober for over 48 yrs. but once in awhile I run across a good ALANON book and this is one, WE all need to understand more about ALCOHOISM, and what the effects there are in ourselves....these book really help with that.....THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU.
