Awesome it was recommended by my chiropractor and it definitely helps with the compression in my neck I don’t get the numbness down my stems and into my hands anymore.

After using this system in the chiropractor's office, I felt confident purchasing this for home use- cannot run to chiro's office daily & presume you can't either. Be certain to educate yourself about what is going on with your neck and approach this cautiously, but the product is manufactured well and extremely adjustable; only a few seconds to set up and very short interval of time to use makes it worth the investment.

Once this is setup, it is very easy to use. This device uses body weight to provide traction; meaning, you can (should you want to) traction the *$&# out of your neck. One should be very careful using this. Start with light traction and find your own "sweet spot" that eliminates pain. You'll likely feel goofy using this at first. You squat, looking face-to-face with a door. But as you find your own sweet spot, there's no denying the relief your neck will get from this. People fork over co-pays to use neck traction devices at physical therapy offices all over the world. This thing does it in the privacy of your home for pennies on the dollar. I find it works best fresh out of the shower after I wash my face. Oils on your forehead can cause the top bar to slide. After I wash my face the bar 'grips' much better. If you're suffering from neck problems this thing is must-have.
