Open End, Full 7/16" Torque Wrench, 0 to 20 in.-lb.

I have been using this product as I reinstall a lot of coaxial cable and connectors in my home. It is solidly-made and fits the hand well. Rated at 20 inch-lbs of torque, it comes with a factory test certification of this rating. Describing the wrench as having a 0-20 inch-lb range suggests that it is adjustable in this range. It is not. When you apply torque it clicks once (very noticeably) precisely at the rated 20 inch-lbs. Although you can tighten to lesser amounts before the click, you would have no way of knowing the exact torque being applied.
