Are the lights blue or white?

Does it comes with power supply? i will use this in US, so i need 110 power.

Each set has it's own power supply. However, several strings can be linked to a single power supply.

Does moisture get in to the tubes

I live in Ohio and just put these up in the 2nd week of Nov. 2015 and just took them down the 2nd week of Jan. 2016; no snow between those times, just rain. I did find when I took them down I did have moisture in all the tubes with 2 of the tubes having standing water in them of about 1/4 inch; which I have notices rust starting in those bottom tubes due to the water sitting in them while they were up. Mine of course where also sealed up, so I'm not sure how the water/moisture got in them. I also drilled a couple of holes in the bottom to drain the water out, and have also placed them on a heat register trying to dry them out as the writing of this answer. Just hope the rust does not take over during the storage up to next years use and make them not work. Paid a lot of money for these...
