Fantastic!! I love these when I need to focus for work or a project. Caffeine sometimes just makes my heart race but my brain is still tired. Jocko gives actual energy and focus to your brain.

Great value for your money! The pill size makes them easy to take and the taste of them isnt bad at all.

I've been prescribed ADD medication for over a decade, but controlled medications like ADD meds can become a hassle getting. So I tried this OTC stuff in order to try and replace my ADD meds. I was very skeptical because more often than not natural medication is usually less effective than pharmaceutical / synthetic medication. However, with this stuff I was pleasantly surprised by it's effectiveness. The only not so great things about this stuff is some very minor dizziness when it first starts to kick in and the size of the pills make them a little hard for me to swallow without gagging. ;-)

I get it - it’s expensive and you want to know if it at least works. As a clinician (RN) and athlete invested in evidence based practice, empirical values, and a quantifiable effect, it can be hard to argue for a product that boasts nootropic effects. But with this state of mind, lets move forward. I couldn’t tell you that I am free from a placebo effect, but I can tell you how I utilized this product. I took two capsules after my morning coffee for morning PT, and I felt like I had a clearer head and better mental focus. I was confident in my physical ability and minimized distractions. I’m fully aware of the caffeine content in this product, and it did not send my heart racing nor make me jittery even with coffee. I took two at noon and went from procrastinating on my run intervals to accomplishing my run with clarity, a game plan, and good performance. This product definitely can help you reinforce a “get after it” attitude if you’re feeling a little more unmotivated or run down than usual. I can’t wait to utilize it when I hit my judo trainings. Edit: gotten somewhat sick recently, and of course experienced the subtle brain fog that comes with. Usually this has some impact on my training, but discipline go helped my mental clarity during training return to baseline levels if not better.

I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. Overall I’m very pleased and will be ordering again.

Product arrived on time and without defect. I found it to be very effective when taken with my morning breakfast and a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea. I like it better than the Jocko drink as I don’t get the tangy aftertaste. Very good before a workout as well!

I feel the same mental clarity as a mushroom complex but it’s causing me to stutter, use the wrong words, and is causing trouble with sleep. I have started to consume half the amount of caffeine as usual since it has caused me trouble with falling and staying asleep. I have been taking this supplement for one week now and I have noticed a remarkable decrease in brevity. I’m not using the correct words when I speak, and I’ve started stuttering, which has never been an issue until I started this supplement.

Since taking GO, I've noticed that after workouts and during work, my body will fatigue long before I lose the drive to continue. It's like a switch is flipped after I take it that says "we are going to go hard and fast forever". When I say that, I don't mean in a caffeine jittery energy drink kind of way, but in a natural, just have more energy and focus kind of way. I highly recommend for workouts OR work in general. I'm more focused, get more done, and feel like I'm constantly looking for that next task to do, instead of looking forward to down time. I truly feel like this has helped me get the most out of every day. Highly recommend. Disclaimer - I gave the flavor 5 stars because it's a capsule, and it doesn't really matter what the flavor is. I have no idea what it tastes like because I've never let it dissolve in my mouth.
