I needed a medicine that would help improve my immunity. This was perfect!

Good Product, good value
I've been using this brand of L-Lysine for several years and it does make a difference in the number of fever blisters that I get. When I don't take them I have many more occurances. I also prefer the Oval tablet to the capsules because the bottle is smaller. The Now brand seems to be a good value compared to others. I think you will be satisfied with this product if you buy it.

Prevents cold sores
I use it to prevent cold sores. I used to have them often, especially in the winter. Not any more thanks to Lysine.
