It's very good.
It's made in USA where they're pretty keen shooters. I found it robustly made, it's a simple, clever and inherently safe design, and it works rather easily. Cocking it is a one finger operation. Load a clay and then there's no tension until you press the foot pedal. The pedal both tensions the main spring and then releases the throwing arm near the bottom of the pedal range. If you lift your foot off before the clay is released it goes back to unstressed and safe again.

Great thrower!
Really nice and sturdy thrower. Pretty consistent with where it throws. The rubber on the two front legs was worn after two test fires wile putting it together, but they don't matter at all really. Great bit of kit, just a shame about the price plus import tax.

In a league of their own
I purchase items for the Hants West Wildlife Association and this particular Trap Machine was on our radar list. I have never had such an easier machine to load, and then all you have to do is step on the pedal. it is possible for one person to use this machine. The HWWA throws anywhere from 200 to 300 clays at our range days and so far this has more than held up. Well constructed and easy to use as a side note we no longer use any of our other basic hand mechanical throwers. The cost may look at first high but the satisfaction and reliability more than off set that. Singles and doubles and changing angles is not hard, we use this machine in tandem with our electric remote thrower giving us the best basic range set up. You will be very pleased with this trap machine.

Terrific Thrower for the Price
This thing is great. As others indicated, the directions are a mess. The only reason that matters is the initial connection of the axis. Use the washers to level it, look at the picture on the box, and you will figure it out. As far as the upper portion/moving parts, it is incredibly simple. With good directions, it would take five minutes. With none, it may take you twenty. As far as operation, it is great. Not sure what others are claiming when a 250# person cannot press down the pedal. It takes maybe 30# of force to launch. Hard to say, but basically if it is not launching or spongy, tighten the chain on the right. Once that is configured, which only takes a few launches to figure out, there are no issues. It is nice to use the force with your leg rather than your arm. Just to see if the solo angle (this was apparently marketed as a device for you to throw and shoot contemporaneously) was anything other than insane, we each shot two sets of five where we launched and then shot the clays. It is actually workable, although much more advisable to have one person launching and the other shooting. The different launch angles are adjusted by a large screw/wingnut that takes about twenty seconds to change. The way force is applied, it digs in and becomes more stable as your session progresses. You do not need any anchors. There is no breakdown of the unit other than taking it apart altogether. If it has to fit in your trunk you need about eighteen inches or so. This thing overperformed big time. For the money it is a steal.

Lanzaplatos

Great product
Just to shoot on your own or with friends and family this is a great thrower, simply cause it’s easy to bring with you, you can easily use it on your own, low cost, well made. The different adjustments allow you to shoot high med or low and does a good job. Throws clays 40-50 yards no wind straight field, great little thrower to have fun and teach the basics of lead to new shooter.
