Giant tube. Giant price. Gone in a flash.
Ok. For starters.....I didn't realize that this was a GIANT tube of caulk. 29 oz. is not the standard size tube that you get in Home Depot of kitchen / bath caulk, so right away I had to go out and purchase another LARGER caulk gun just to use it. So on top of the $30 (for what seemed to be way more than I thought I needed), I had to drop another $15 on a 29 oz. size caulk gun. No clear instructions on how to pierce / puncture the top of the tube, so I just went after it with a utility knife. It started oozing out as soon as I opened it (great). Anyway......long story short.....it was gone in no time. I only had 3 small panels of plywood / sheetrock that I was sandwiching together and I actually ran out on the 3rd one. I was SHOCKED. I honestly have no way of knowing if it works any better acoustically than just regular glue or caulk, but $45 in and it just seems WAY overpriced. If I had to do it over again I probably would just use regular caulk or glue. I think the 2 layers of mineral wool will probably do more for sound absorbtion than the sheetrock / plywood sandwich anyway.

Went to use and back broke and leaked all over
Heard this was the best acoustic caulk there is so I bought it and then bought a 29 oz caught gun to use it with. Sliced the nozzle and pumped the gun and it ended up exploding out the back caused a pretty big mess.

Absolute Crap!
This adhesive never sets up. I started a project this morning and it's still drying and some of the vinyl I was placing is pulling away from the surface. Go to Home Depot and buy Gorilla. Considering the setting capabilities, I question the entire reason I bought it - soundproofing. Does it work? Who knows.

Great between walls, not for surfaces
Buyer beware, this is to be used only between drywall layers, not corners seems or edges as it is not paintable. The Green Glue "sealant" gardens like caulk and is paintable. I now have a lot of cleaning to do before finishing my drywall.

Did not work.
Sorry but it did not work for me. My room was next to the bathroom so everytime shower turns on, it had a hissing noise. I used this green compound sandwich with Gypsium soundxp board but did not work for me. I'll be returning this and never recommend it.

False advertising, it makes NO difference
Absolutely NO difference was made using this product. 2 sheets of sheetrock without this glue is just as soundproof.... Don't waste your money on something that won't work.

Tube was sent with wrong nozzle and exploded
The nozzle did not fit the tube and when I opened the tube the back end exploded
