Bright Ideas Cast Iron Pot Wax Melter

I plan to use mine for Simmer Pot recipes. I'm a Solitary Witch, so I never need too much of anything unless there is a need to do so.I read through the reviews and bought taller/8hr tea candles.Also, I noticed some reviews stating this rusts. That is true because it's cast iron. You can't just wash this and simply move on. You have to season it and keep it lightly seasoned.Very cute, perfect for my needs and I only recommend this IF you plan to give it the proper care. Ignoring the little maintenance that is required because this is cast iron will make you unhappy.

Great item. I used it for mini cooking and it heats up okay. Had to double stack so the flame can reach the pot.

Size of pot is nice, but not impressed with the stand.

I love the look of this however, a tea light doesn’t really do the trick. I’ll most likely use a charcoal disc inside. I originally bought this to melt soy wax but a decent tea light doesn’t warm it up enough to cause so much as a small melt but it’s cute.

I really love this thing it is very heavy and good quality. If I had to say something negative it would be that it is cast iron and therefore the wax melts do not melt hardly at all so I had to buy regular votive candles

This tiny cauldron is the perfect size for my altar! I haven't used it for simmer pots yet--I mostly wanted something fire safe to burn herbs and paper in, with a lid that I could use to contain the flames if needed, and this does everything I need. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone who just needs something small!

I use these for when my candles get too low to burn, and wax melts. This works great. I like having the lid so that I can keep dust out of it.
